Clematis carrizoensis D. Estes

CARRIZO LEATHER-FLOWER

Recently described as a new species by Dwayne Estes, Clematis carrizoensis is limited to the Carrizo Sands in North-Eastern Texas. It's a climbing species, to 10 feet (3 meters), with cream colored sepals, and thick, glaucous foliage.
